the location is close the the town centre and within a few mitutes to the highway to visit other citys and the DDay beach and monuments.

"The location was quiet and nice. I could easily walk to downtown Caen in about 15 minutes. There's also a nearby bus stop for those that prefer not to walk. Transportation around Caen is excellent (better than in any US city except maybe NYC). There's a very nearby mini-mart, bakery (do note that their baked goods are delivered, so I recommend walking to a real bakery instead!), and pharmacy.
The front desk staff was always pleasant and helpful.

"Lovely cottage, full of character and very well-equipped. Superb location, a short walk to Asnelles beach, and a short drive to Arromanches. Bayeaux is also in easy reach by car.Both the owner and managing agent are extremely responsive and helpful.We visited in October so were not able to make use of the secluded garden area, but I think it would be very nice in the sunnier months.
