Saratoga house overlooking the lake

Newly remolded spacious house with beautiful views of Saratoga Lake. Our home has a open floor concept with a modern rustic feel. The upstairs contains a large kitchen and island with seating for 8, a cozy loft as an office space, a bar, living room, full bath, washer and dryer and a small bedroom with a queen size bed. Downstairs has 2 large bedrooms with queen size beds, a wet bar with a mini fridge, a full size bathroom. Our master bedroom which is the 4th bedroom of the house has a walk in dressing area, master bathroom and a queen size bed. All rooms are equipped with televisions and the capability for streaming.

Close to the Nostalgia, Carson's and Dock Browns restaurants. About 15 mins from Saratoga track, downtown Saratoga and less than 1/2 a mile from Browns Beach. A 2 min walk to the lake.

We are also within 15 mins of the Saratoga/Albany raceway and the Matla Drive-in theater.

We do allow family gathering and small parties at an extra fee per person of $35.00

We do allow pets a fee of $100.00 per animal.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The house had plenty of space for our group of four couples and was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The kitchen quickly became our favorite spot —spacious and inviting, it was ideal for late-night games and conversation. Would definitely stay here again!

Large house in a great location.

4 bedrooms near Saratoga Lake. Hard to beat that. Only gripes were an extremely squishy (queen) mattress in the master suite, very confusing light switches, and a very steep driveway. Small things on a great property gor a group!

This house has a beautiful rustic and cozy vibe. We appreciated every thoughtful detail put into the design and decor of the home. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were very generous with a late check out request. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Stay!

The home was beautiful and was perfect for what we wanted. The host was so accommodating. We stay in a lot of locations for different reasons, but this was purely a family wedding and we could not have been happier with our stay.

The House was nice, great location, the minuses were it seems like the house was not finished, half the house had molding on the floor the other half was not finished, it was odd there were no drawers in the kitchen only cabinets. the kitchen was well stocked water filter on fridge had a need replacement light on the whole time. dirty laundry was left in the laundry room, the shower in the master still had water on the doors. the cleaner did a mediocre job cleaning the house for guests. The landlord never let us know someone was living in the house they are remodeling on the property in fact we did not know they were actively remodeling the house on the property until we leased it

Overall the property was very nice. Downstairs bedrooms are a little loud as people are walking around on the main floor. Kitchen light is beautiful but needs cleaning. Windows also need cleaning. Kitchen equipment was very good and kitchen stocked with coffee.

Perfect Accommodations!

We visit Saratoga for the summer racing and this house fit the bill to a tee! The host was very responsive to our needs and the location allowed us to enjoy the lake proximity as well as easy access to town and track. House was beautifully designed and furnished- simple but comfortable in all respects. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect retreat!

Us and two other couples came up for travers weekend. The place was perfect for us. Woodwork is beautiful. Huge open kitchen great for drinks and laughs with friends. Lake view, easy access to track. Will be renting again!
