This was like staying at you eccentric, generous, Bohemian uncle’s place - cool art and artifacts EVERYWHERE, snacks and drink offerings available 24 hours/day, and well appointed, clean, and comfortable “guest” room! "The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. I was really looking...

"The check in, staff at front desk, and room were very nice. The staff at the deli were ok and fairly accommodating. Our only complaint was the casino. The machines were disappointing and my husband was wanting the poker machines like we play in every other casino we have been in but they were no where to be found. The slots were not at all familiar (except Buffalo and a couple of others). I appreciated the non-smoking area game area very much - but I wish the games had been better."

"The hotel is in a good location. It's decorated beautifully, and very spacious. Our room was on the 15th floor, and our view wasn't great, mostly interstate and city streets. The room got very dark, which we like, and the a/c worked great. Our only issues were the music from the lobby drop off area carried up to our room, and the bed was very firm. We would definitely stay again."

"A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed."

"This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate."
