"Clean & friendly staff"

"I checked in late at night after a long day of travel, hoping for a comfortable and restful stay. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned unpleasant. When I woke up in the morning, I discovered ants all over both of the full beds. It was extremely unsettling and clearly indicated a lack of proper cleanliness and maintenance. I informed the lady at the front desk about the issue, and she was very apologetic and seemed genuinely sorry for the situation. While I appreciated her response, it...

"The room was clean and the temperature was easy to control. Blackout curtains helped us sleep. The staff was so helpful and checking in and out was a breeze--under 5 minutes. The pool was closed for renovations, but it wasn't a big deal for us. There is plenty of free parking and the buffet breakfast had a variety of good food. "

"We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The internet was spot on. The only issue I had was with the bathroom sink. The drainage was clogged, so the the water went down very slow. The faucet was placed too far back on the sink, which made it very awkward to wash your hands properly. Will definitely come back."

They also had coloring at breakfast for the kids and afternoon cookies, which were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again "

"Parking was fine. AC was loud and noisy so we turned it off so we could sleep. In the morning the dining room had so much heat going it was 93° in the room. They did not offer juice or fruit or yogurt with their breakfast. All in all the beds were comfortable but everything else left a big hole."
