"소음: 다른 객실의 문이 닫힐때 통로의 주변 객실이 울림. 주차: 매우 부족. 주변 대체 주차지 제공받았으나 차량 등록이 숙박기간동안 지속 유지되지 않아 주차비 요구되어 호텔 직원에 연락을 해서 나오기도함. 욕실: 샤워시 물이 샤워부스 밖 세면대 쪽으로 새어나와 발매트가 젖고 객실 실내화를 신고 움직이기 어려울 정도임. 루프탑 라운지: 직원 응대가 소홀하고 너무 시끄러움."

"리베라 시절부터 이용한 고객 입니다. 수건에서 냄새가 난건 치명적이라 할 수 있죠. 베드를 이동 못하게 고정시켰을 경우 이에대한 노티가 있으면 좋았을것같습니다. 객실소음은 심각한 수준임"
