Best VRBO Ever!

This home is amazing! It is decorated at a very elevated level. They have thought of everything you could possibly want to enjoy a luxury stay in total comfort. The pool and hot tub are fabulous. Loved that is it all one level and easy to load things from the car. Juan was excellent to communicate with. You will love this home!

Perfect location

We had a lovely stay at Casa Feliz. It’s convenient to everything in Maitland and Winter Park. The home was clean and well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting under the gazebo and drinking wine in the evening.

Christmas break at Casa Feliz

This is our second stay at the house. We like the neighborhood and proximity to services. Great outdoor space. I like that we are allowed to have our son and family over when we stay there. The pool and hot tub really dont get hot out of season, but Juan does mention that in his post on VRBO. All in all a very nice stay and will probably return!

Relaxing respite

We had a wonderful time at this property! Cleanliness it top notch! The kitchen has everything you need! The pool area was a nice place to relax after packing up our college grad. The location is very quiet as well.

*Easy check in *Pleasing holiday decor *Great family friendly floor plan *Stocked kitchen with everything you need *Stocked Landry area with detergent, fabric softer, dry sheets *Child's room stocked with toys *Child's room bedding needed to be refreshed *Pool heat not warm enough to truly enjoy *Jacuzzi is not what one would topically except. It's the same temperature as the pool *Quiet working class neighborhood. *Car covered and parked on the side front of the grass. *Inside of the home decor is welcoming *Front of the home could be more welcoming *Towels are provided. New white towels would be more appealing. More hand towels and wash clothes would be beneficial. *Pleanty of outdoor setting is a plus *Bedrooms have a TV, great closet space with hangers and bath robes.

Wonderful location yet pool and hot tub were not warm

The location, laid-back vibe, and amenities were wonderful. However, the hot tub did not get hot, and heating the pool made the temperature lukewarm in both the hot tub and the pool. The location was great, close to shopping and dining. Future renters should be aware that the jacuzzi is only bubbling, lukewarm water, and does not get warm like a typical jacuzzi. Overall the stay was just what we needed for a weekend getaway but disappointed in no hot jacuzzi and only a slightly warm pool.

We would stay here again

Pleasant, quiet neighborhood with many trees and plants. Very convenient location for us because we wanted to be near Winter Park. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating and lounge space for our family of 5. Kitchen has everything needed for preparing food, and there is an outdoor griddle. Screened in pool area is lovely and there is also plenty of nice, outdoor seating. We would stay here again.

Excellent Property!

We are so thankful to have found this property! My husband and I had searched for weeks for just the right property only to have to pivot at the last minute to a new one. With the help of VRBO and Juan we were able to book and access the property on the same day. The home is beautiful and extremely well appointed! Even the sheets were high quality! It was all about the pool for us and it did not disappoint. Juan and Vivian were terrific hosts and we will book this property again if available.

Wonderful home

This house was perfect for our family! It's clean and has everything you will need for a getaway. We loved the well appointed kitchen and had lots of fun enjoying the pool and outdoor space. Highly recommend !

Perfect home for our large family.

The home contained everything you need from the kitchen to the pool. Nice spaces to stretch out or gather together for dinner. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. The owner was quick to answer our emails for any questions we might have. Beautifully decorated and very clean.

Absolutely wonderful!

The description/pictures do not do justice to how nice this home is. The space was clean and more than we expected. The multiple seating areas were so great. The rooms that walk out into the patio/pool area is amazing. They have everything you needed in a house rental. I wanted to stay longer and I will certainly book this house again. What a fantastic experience. Nothing was off limits and the disco light speaker is in my Amazon cart right now. This was top notch and the entire family loved it!
