"The entire place needs a major upgrade. There were attempts to make it seem like there were some upgrades. The bed was comfortable, the shower water got hot fast, and the A/C worked fine. We didn't even get any of the breakfast that was included with the stay because there wasn't anything to speak of. Who would want to microwave an unappetizing, room-temperature sausage biscuit before eating it? Just doesn't seem safe."

"Clean rooms and very close to the I-77. Easy on and off. For Shoppers the Mall is across the street and a New Burger King in front of the Hotel."

"AC unit was partially hanging out of the front wall. Outside temperature is 100° and the inside temperature was barely cool. There was a wet towel on the floor collecting water underneath the AC unit in the room. The front door wouldn't lock until I worked on it to lift it up and hold it in place so I could lock it. I paid for a queen room and got two double beds. The front lobby windows were filthy"

"The property was okay! Could use a refresh in the bathrooms, the tiles were popping out. Wish they had more than one elevator because we had to wait for others to get off etc. Not bad.. the room did smell like smoke when entering.. but went away after some air fresher was sprayed. Overall, I would say it is 7/10 rating.."

"Very nice, clean, and well-maintained hotel! The afternoon/early evening desk clerk was uber nice, friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and clean. Everything was top notch. The only thing that was a little odd was the morning desk clerk had stepped away at 10:45 am (of all times!) and left a key deposit box out. That doesn't work for me. I want the personal hand-off to satisfy my OCD. I had someone to alert her and I waited. Not a complaint, just an observation. EXCELLENT property in...

"It was a nice stay, but the pool was closed. I was told it has been closed for a while and no one has come to fix it. I was told that they zip tie the doors open during the day because all of the readers are broken. Other than that it was a good stay."
