"Overall a great stay. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The only downside was some noise due to sports teams staying at the hotel, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience."

"We booked the bungalows and it wasn’t as we expected. It was so primitive even no TV later on we found out it’s very basic. The Private beach wasn’t as we expected if you’re planning to book choose the cabanas it’s much better and the beach. There is very nice."

"The water pressure in the shower was far too low, and you had to wait about 10 minutes for hot water. Otherwise, everything was fine. Breakfast on the roof was fantastic."

My only complaint is not with the hotel but the community itself, no one sleeps and the cars are very loud all night long, it was very difficult to sleep so we left earlier than originally planned. Shower was unpredictable and only once did I feel comfortable to continuous warm water. Hotel advertises 2 swimming pools, but there is only one, outside one which is not heated. Also advertises a SPA, which never worked and the person who I eventually found in the health suite did not want to discuss reasons and actually walked away. "The parking was 10min walk Staff wasn't helpful Bathroom sink was clogged There was nothing in the room at all, not even drinking water. Even in the bathroom, there was nothing. But I asked them for soap, and they brought it when I requested it."
