"I recently completed a stay at Hilton Corniche and while the property itself has potential, and some of the staff were extremely supportive like ( Alaa from housekeeping and Nashwa from coffee bar at the resturant) The sheer lack of professionalism, incompetence, and disregard for guest privacy made this one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. "Located inside a shopping area I didn't expect so many shops. Food was excellent everywhere and the service I received was top notch. I have injured my food and the manager (Moheb) was so kind to take me personally to the hospital for xrays: incredible service !! They also arranged an excellent door to door service to Cairo allowing extra space for my leg at a very competitive price. Well done !"

"I loved staying there; beautiful view, the beach is cleaned and maintained everyday, very clean hotel room and venue and the staff got me anything i wanted especially the buffet and beach ones however the admission personnel admitted me in a tiny double bedroom which wasn't the one i booked with wider sea view and he insisted that all rooms have the same design which wasn't the case. "This location is about a 20 minute walk to the sea coast. The walk offers a lot to take in within old Alexandria. The location itself is safe, the front desk is excellent, and is welcoming. I would recommend this location for an adventure seeking travelers."
