"Séjour exceptionnel, avec un personnel aux petits soins. Et tout particulièrement de Asro et Nada de la réception qui toujours été d'excellent conseil. Et Mohammed Hassan, du Rooftop, qui savait si bien nous mettre dans une très bonne ambiance au rythme du son Maraganath égyptien. Enfin, nous remercions le directeur Monsieur Oussama, qui parle un excellent français, pour son aide précieuse et son accueil si chaleureux !!! "This was a fabulous hotel wotj outstanding customer service and simpky the most comfortable bed i have ever had the luxury to enjoy.The only downside was the very limited outdoor space around the pool for sunbathing and the way ot is fedigned there's also limited sunshine if one loves to sunbathe."
