Nestled in the heart of Magnolia, Arkansas & near SAU, the historic Magale Mansion, just steps from the Town Square, has been a symbol of Southern charm and architectural beauty for over 130 years. This centrally located historic house is perfect for the whole group, offering easy access to everything. Southern Serenity is a retreat described as breathtaking; we look forward to taking yours away. It features a wraparound porch, a spacious lawn, four bedrooms and four baths that comfortably sleep eight, plus a large kitchen. Added touches include a 5 office spaces, sunroom, and dining room.

A full kitchen with all amenities needed for any event, including a Keurig coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans for cooking and entertaining. Also featuring two dining rooms, perfect for family gatherings. There’s a sunroom for reading, 2 office space for work, and a wraparound porch for relaxing. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a TV, while the master bath offers a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, two large double vanities, and a walk-in closet—all located downstairs. Upstairs, you’ll find a library, 3 office spaces, along with three bedrooms: two with king-size beds and one with a queen bed. The upstairs includes a Jack and Jill bathroom shared by two bedrooms, and the third bedroom has its own private bath.
