Guests have full, private access to the entire cottage including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room, in-unit washer and dryer, front patio with seating, and the spacious backyard.



Guests also enjoy complimentary access to shared community amenities including the resort-style pool, fully equipped gym, clubhouse lounge, and billiards area, just a short walk from the home. Onsite parking is included.

Community Rules:

• No parties allowed. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 penalty, plus any damages or additional cleaning fees.

• Only guests on the reservation allowed/ no visitors.

• No smoking inside of our cottage home or inside amenities. Violations will result in a $1000 penalty, plus any damages or additional cleaning fees.

• No street parking allowed anytime. Please utilize the covered carport to capacity. Fits 2-3 cars back-to-back.

• Pets must be approved by the Host prior to check-in and always leased when walking the community. Pet waste must be picked up at all times.

• If you need a Pack `n Play, please let us know before your check-in so we can have it ready for you.

• All amenities and hours of operation must be properly followed.

• Guests must respect all resident property and community spaces. Please note that private or reserved areas (such as the Clubhouse during resident events) are not accessible to guests. Do not enter or use items that belong to residents.

• Please make sure to return any items borrowed from community spaces after use. Missing items will be subject to a charge based on their replacement cost.



Important Information/ Amenity Hours of Operation:

• Key fob will be provided to enter exterior gate and gain access to all amenities.

• Business Center Hours: 6AM - 8PM

• Pool & Club House Hours: 6AM - 10PM

• Fitness Center: 24/7

•Pool Table is located at the Clubhouse.

Breaking our cottage community policies can result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refunds offered & possible additional fines. Please be respectful of our cottage, community and fellow neighbors.
