"This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! "

"We were so impressed by this hotel. Fabulous room, very comfortable and spacious. The pool was great but mostly it was the welcoming and accommodating staff who made our visit so special. They were so helpful. We got room service instead of eating in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The Operations Manager who was on firing the evening of our visit made it such an easy process and the food was delicious. "

"We had an incredible stay at No 1 Luxury Service Accommodation in Belfast, Northern Ireland. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean and well-maintained everything was. "We were very pleased with the hotel, property and location; we walked everywhere. We spent a joyous evening with the FABULOUS HELENA, bartender extraordinaire. She's a gifted bartender. Consistently created one amazing cocktail after another for both my husband and myself. Each was so good that I had a record breaking 3 marintinis! She deserves recognition. We very much enjoyed her company and Charlie's too. "

"Incredibly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Some notable staff members were Ryan and Sam on reception, Annie at breakfast and all of the staff at the Riverside, who each made our stay special. We will be returning to Belfast and staying here again! "
