"Perhaps this is a more general hotel thing cutting corners and not including stuff that used to be standard but there is basically no housekeeping. They change towels (no fresh linens, no cleaning) every other day. Literally we got new towels and a roll of toilet paper. Supposedly if you stay a week they clean the room. "There was only 1 elevator working the whole weekend. All of the guests were discussing it as we left today. Apparently, people were riding up with their luggage just to have an option at getting in with enough room to go down during checkout. At some points, there were 30 minute waits!"

"When I pulled up to the entrance, I saw a lady arriving with a bag of food. I thought nothing of it. When I went to the check-in desk, there was no attendant. I called out, looked around, and in the dining area--no one responded. I thought this is weird, so I waited, and after about ten minutes, the lady I watched entering the lobby with a bag of food was actually the customer service attendant.
