I knew it wasn't going to be 5 star by the price but this is one step up from sleeping in the street.. every surface is dirty, every fixture and fitting either worn-out or broken. Very comfortable little cottages just outside of Pai. Clean, spacious, well kept. Hosts are responsive. Plenty of free parking. Recommended!
