Enjoy a practical and comfortable stay in this renovated accommodation in Madrid, conveniently located next to Puente de Vallecas metro station and just 10 minutes by car from Atocha station.

The accommodation can host up to four guests and consists of a single room with one double bed and one bunk bed, as well as a full bathroom with shower. The space has been renovated and also includes a small private patio with a table and chairs.

The accommodation is equipped with a small fridge, TV, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and hairdryer. Please note that there is no kitchen.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:

20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

This property is intended exclusively for non-tourist stays. Reservations are only accepted for work, study, or health-related purposes.
Guests must provide supporting documentation proving the reason for their stay. Failure to provide the required documentation will mean that guests will not be permitted to stay at the property.
