"Very cool place. It was nice to go downstairs and have a drink before heading downtown for dinner. You get a free sample beer when staying. Neither of us are beer drinkers. But there is something for everyone.
When we arrived the elevator was not working and we were on the 4th floor. Little hard to carry bags with a broken shoulder. The staff brought them to us in our room.
Would stay again!"

"Everything was fine; However I personally don’t find the decor/ambiance very warm or inviting….. just a personal preference. We did appreciate the location which is near our son’s home and we were happy about the amount we paid. The gal at the front desk was very nice and helpful."

"As always the property was very well kept and the room was clean. The jets were even clean when I ran them no gunk came out of them (that’s why I love the place ) the exterior door for my room made my pet friendly stay even better for walks! Love that Bubba stays free with me. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Did not use the pool area. Breakfast could use some improvement but I am not going to nitpick about that when everything else is spectacular!"

"Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back."

"This property… we wish we would’ve found it years ago when our kids first went to NDSU. Better late than never.
It’s always clean and comfortable. The rooms are well maintained and decorated nicely. The bedding and pillows were cozy and clean. It’s the little things in how it is laid out that make it unique.
Although the hot tubs are not huge, it was simply divine to be in the courtyard and and relax.
And everything worked! Meaning we weren’t disappointed by a drained pool or hot tubes that...

"Staff was very friendly and check in and checkout was painless. The room was ok. A section of the ceiling in the bathroom had a piece of Sheetrock just screwed up and nothing else done. Room cleanliness was ok but not perfect. Property is undergoing renovation which could explain the partial repair in our room. Bed was not very comfortable and made sleeping difficult. Our room looked out at 19th Ave so there was plenty of noise from people racing down the street and all the motorcycles...
