"The staff was helpful! Unfortunately upon arrival in the lobby a mouse ran by my husband and I. We felt uneasy about staying! Check in explained it occasionally happens as the hotel is located next to path trains. We decided to continue with our plans and the room was clean so we stayed and all was fine."

Excellent place to stay if you’re visiting Jersey city or New York City. Safe and clean hotel and rooms. Comfortable rooms. Shower and toilets are clean with great water pressure. "Best location for public transportation. Room was big, clean and love the crabtree and evelyn shampoo and conditioner. Left an earring after we checkout, the lost and found department was very helpful, we went back and Sayed was already waiting for us. Thank you so much Sayed! Downside was having to pay extra for parking. Overall it was a good place to stay. We will recommend this hotel to our family and friends."

"Booked a king room. Got a double ADA. Was not told about the room availability. Walked into the room to realize. Was told there was nothing they could do. Then took a shower in the MOST DISGUSTING shower I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. It was clogged and filthy. Standing in water up to my ankles."

"I really didn’t use the extra “amenities” I was charged for with the exception of the WiFi which was to typically cutting out in the evening, I think a lot of these charges should be optional for guests as I did not have use for them. The room was typically small for a NY hotel but comfortable. There was a private event while I was there so rooftop was closed to guests. Hallways were full of housekeeping supplies. Area was safe. On site bodega was insanely overpriced. I wouldn’t stay here...

"Poor toiletry availability qualitatively and quantitatively No extra toilet paper, no bar No reading material No nyc tourist material But the reception staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Very nice fellows."
