Walls very dirty; metal fixtures in bathroom rusting/corroding. Floors extremely dirty. Curtain does not completely close. Very dim lighting in room. A large round smoke stain on the ceiling. TV did not work. However, the staff is pleasant. Will never stay in a Quality Inn ever again; absolutely never. "

"Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. "Staff were very friendly and helpful; easy parking and close to sights we wanted to visit. The room was large, clean and lovely in spite of a direct view of the FBI offices :-) . The only improvements I'd suggest are to heat the swimming pool and to keep the bar open nightly (not just Monday - Thursday) as the hotel was full throughout the weekend and for tired tourists who don't feel like heading out in the evening, the cafe would be a nice relaxation space. "Check in, bar, and valet were superb We ate at Subito for dinner and everything was excellent. Breakfast, on the other hand, was understaffed. We left after being seated for 30 minutes without seeing a waitress. Room service coffee was terrible but the Starbucks at the bar was great. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will be back"
