Then for 2 hours we’re trying to fix and “investigate” finally moved us 5 minutes before we had to leave for dinner, which was cutting it close. Went back at night and the light and tv in our new room weren’t working. Called again and needed someone to come in a fix it. My husband and I’s alone time was cut very short.
