"The breakfast left a lot to be desired as far as options go. Waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, bread, and cereal. So if you're more demanding in your breakfast expectations, just be aware. The room was clean, the bed was FIRM, and the staff was very polite."

"The place was nasty. Bugs!!! We had a nonsmoking room; however, the hallway was full of smoke we had to put a towel under door to keep smoke out. The only positive was the guy at the front desk. He was extremely welcoming."

"The room thermostat was broken, flashing bright light all night and making very loud noises. Could not sleep at all"

"We arrived tired from a 17 hour road trip and the front desk employee was kind and helpful. However we were placed in a room with an absolutely filthy bathroom that had visible black mold growing in the shower. We asked to change rooms and found that the shower had a used washcloth in it. The third room we were placed into was slightly less dirty but the shower was growing pink mold around the caulk. By the time we got our children settled it was 2 am. Disappointed in this chain and will avoid...

"No regular coffee in the room (just decaf and tea). Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10 (well before checkout…with a do not disturb hanger on the door). She did apologize, but it led us to go ahead and pack up and leave. Breakfast is a steep charge when there’s great food all over town. The room was nice though- clean and well furnished. Great location for anything in or around Mercer and downtown Macon."

"The room is slightly dated but clean. The pool is very large for an indoor pool. Breakfast was well stocked and kept very clean."
