  • Welcome to Tropo Casa on Lake side . The home is one street away from cedar creek lake with lake views from backyard and bedrooms. The backyard is updated with hot tub,fire pit , seating area, swings and lighting. The home is green themed with all design furniture, fully loaded kitchen with all basic supplies and all appliances , pots and pans, office space, dinning area, poker table, king and queen beds, four 4K smart TVs, high speed 1 gig internet, Electric Vehicle charger .

    Three bedrooms :
    1. Bedroom 1 : King bed.
    2. Bedroom 2 : 2 Queen beds.
    3. Bedroom 3 : 1 Queen and 1 full bed.
    4. Living room with 2 sofa beds and foldable bed

    The Sleeping arrangements in the home is for 13 people but there can be additional 7 guests as visitors for total count of 20 people.

    Living room : 1. Dinning table with 8 chairs
    2 Sofa's that can be converted to bed.

    4 4k Smart TV's - 3 in in bedrooms and 1 in living room. Netflix, Hulu, prime ready.

    Fully loaded kitchen with all basic supplies ,spoons, forks, pots, pans, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator.

    Utility room with Washers and Dryers.

    Green Room with Sofa seating and Tea coffee table.

    220V to Charge your electric vehicle. Bring your own cord.

    Close to all restaurants and Walmart along with lake.

    Three House Rules -
    1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

    2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

    3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

    There are 3 Video camera's and 1 Ring video door bell that will be Constantly recording on the exterior of the property. The 3 exterior camera’s viewpoints are the 1st one to monitor the front side of the house,2nd camera view point is monitor the driveway and the 3rd camera view point is monitor backside of the property. The ring door bell is monitor people at front door. Also there is minut noise threshold monitoring device in the backyard .

Overall, the property was lovely for our stay while attending Canton first Monday trade days. However, the home could use a few more towels for eight guests, and the kitchen faucet provides a lovely shower every time you turn it on! The drive to Canton is approximately 35 minutes, not too bad. The hot tub was lovely after hours of walking.

Amazing home!

I booked this home for my sister’s bachelorette party and we had such a great time! The home is clean, spacious and beautiful. We beds were so comfy, and we had an easy time checking in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great and clean. The backyard was fantastic and allowed us to relax and hang out in comfort. Wonderful place and would recommend for your stay.

Great getaway!

Me and my guests loved the property. We spent New Years here and had a great time. Very clean and cozy for a lake getaway. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

This is a great property for a family with children, or a group looking to get away. The backyard area was the highlight. Jacuzzi, firepit, and grill were very much enjoyed. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies.

We only stayed for a night, but would definitely return for more! Cute home with a great backyard. Home has doggy doors which were greatly appreciated!

Great house, well stocked with everything we needed including dishwasher tabs, paper towels and TP, kitchen and coffee needs. Hot tub was clean and warm and easily accessible, beds were comfortable and clean. Host was great at answering questions quickly and all communication was clear snd friendly.

Superior clean property with plenty of amenities

Great place. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. The host provided everything we needed. The neighbors were friendly. Bonus points for a super pet friendly fenced in area with doggie doors. We walked to the peir for fishing and early sunrise. Very therapeutic and much needed fun stay with our family.

Great location close to Canton

This was perfect for our canton trip! 30ish minute drive into Canton. Property was very clean and spacious. Hot tub was great after a long day of shopping. Gun barrel city was a cute little city. Definitely worth the booking!

Wedding Bells

Our daughter got married at the lake so we didnt spend much time at the VRBO, but found the location and amenities to be very nice! Pet friendly was a huge plus for us. Wish we could have enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! Just couldn't find time.

Great place couples too!

Although it had an abundance of beds for just two people, we had a wonderful and cozy time here! It would definitely be enough room for a small party. Lots of beds, plenty of seating and tables, two washers and dryers, fully stocked kitchen amenities. The 10PM outdoor curfew is a little stifling for a romantic two person stay, but I understand the need when it comes to parties. The outdoor area was covered in spiders, webs, and ants. Chalk it up to a lake house at the cusp of Fall, but it made us not want to use most of the outdoor furnishings. Some outdoor pest control would be nice to see. Communication was also a bit sparse. The host refused to respond to multiple inquiries about late checkout. A simple "no" would have sufficed, but we never got any responses. All in all, though, it was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it for couples or family/friend gatherings!

Disappointed

The checkin process was easy. We received the information a few days before. The main reason we chose this location was because the listing said there was a boat slip, well, it was closed for repairs. They should have put that in the listing. The owner said the place was cleaned right before we checked in, but it had this old stale smell like it has been sitting with no ventilation. We didn't use the hot tub or the fire pit so I can't comment on those. I know one thing, we won't stay here again.

4th of July at Cedar Creek Lake

Great location and plenty of space for a larger group of people. Only unexpected aspect was that the attached bathroom was in the room with two queen beds not the “master” with the king. Wasn’t a problem just something to be aware of.
