"RoW was a delightful exoerience. Out of all of the options we found this was the most representative of the history involving Rotterdam's maritime history. The Owner provided phenomenal communication, answering all questions in detail and throughly. She also privided us with an account of the work done on the Wilhemina and scrumptious breakfasts!"

"The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). "The bed was comfortable however the room was not set up well. The furniture was crowded. The eating area was small and there were not enough utensils. The towel rack was so high I couldn’t reach it. The entry way had very steep stairs and this whole area smelled of mould and air freshener so that I held my breath going in and out. For three nights it was quiet but the last night there were people singing and shouting outside until 3am. Not our best hotel experience. "
