"It's a good property and clean. They do need to focus more on maintenance like the in room safe wasn't working and during a previous stay the fridge wasn't working. This time the room didn't have a fridge at all which is not suitable for such a hot city."

"Decent room in a good location. The rooftop restaurant for dinner was nice. However, the breakfast was not up to the mark. Staff and service was great."

"Very very small twin bed rooms. There is no daily room service or cleanup (even though I asked twice as I was staying for 3nights) had to live with Dave room conditions through out my entire stay."

"Decent one , little narrow pathway to reach the hotel and breakfast not so great , in fact not good. Staff , services and rooms are good and definitely recommend this place if u like to have short stay "

"They had no idea of customer service. Hours to check in. They would not let me check in early so I had to no place to go for hours. Then charged $10 per day for my wife to enter the hotel. Terrible. "

"Some amenities shown in Expedia pictures weren't actually there - microwave etc. Better to call them and check before booking."

"Staffs were very helpful but arranging for a taxi to look around trichy was a pain. Wish they were more helpful in arranging taxi/s for guests and could be more informative regarding the places to visit in Trichy as not everyone who visits is from Tamil Nadu. They could hand out some leaflets about places of interest/ temples (mentioning the distance of each place from this hotel) to visit to the guests which would be more useful. Overall it was a good experience."

"Water in the bathrooms and toilets were not available at all times. Cleanliness was also an issue as all rooms were not properly clean. The ceiling fans were very noisy when on use and was a huge disturbance during the sleep hours"
