Inside, the house is well laid out for both family life and group stays. There is a large dining table seating up to nine, along with two separate living spaces,a main lounge and a dedicated children’s lounge with books and toys. This flexible setup works equally well for family holidays or time away with friends.

The main lounge is a cosy place to unwind, centred around a fireplace, with a Smart TV and fast broadband — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the New Forest or returning home with sandy feet from the coast.

A dedicated desk space in the hallway provides a quiet spot for remote working, admin, or schoolwork, adding to the home’s practical, lived-in feel.

The house comfortably sleeps up to 9 adults, with flexible options for families:
• Bedroom 1: King bed, sleeps 2, with en-suite
• Bedroom 2: Double bed + single bed, sleeps 3, with en-suite
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds plus a trundle bed, sleeps 3
• Second lounge: Sofa bed, suitable for 1 adult or 2 children

Please note: additional bedding for the trundle bed, floor mattress, and sofa bed must be requested in advance if requested after check in.

The kitchen is bright, stylish, and practical, and opens directly onto the garden, creating a peaceful flow between indoor and outdoor living.
