  • Beaches "es un estudio moderno y luminoso que ofrece habitaciones amplias y luminosas con una sensación de tranquilidad. La ubicación es perfecta: a unos 5 minutos a pie de las tiendas, la playa, los cafés, los bares, los restaurantes y el pueblo. Puede caminar hasta Keyhaven, donde encontrará un bonito pub, el puerto de Keyhaven y las marismas, muy popular entre los observadores de aves. Se puede tomar un ferry desde Keyhaven hasta el castillo de Hurst o, si se siente con energía, puede caminar a lo largo del banco de piedras; Ideal para los observadores de aves que disfrutan del paseo a lo largo de las salinas en dirección a Lymington. O a 10 minutos en automóvil de Lymington con su arquitectura georgiana, su bonito muelle, sus tiendas individuales y el bullicioso mercado de los sábados. A solo 15/20 minutos en auto de New Forest, Beaulieu, Christchurch ya solo 35 minutos de Bournemouth con su larga y hermosa playa de arena dorada. This property was a double garage. Everything was in one room with the exception of the bathroom. Very very compact and in my opinion not as described on the web site.Whilst everything stated on the site was fairly accurate the end result did not meet expectations. The fees paid were over and above for the size of property advertised.We left after two nights and were very disappointed.

Amazing Beaches Studio

Sue and Bob were wonderful hosts. We were made to feel very welcome in our well appointed cosy accommodation. Thank you, we had a perfect 3 nights at Milford on Sea. Highly recommend.

Relaxing & comfortable

A very enjoyable week of the beauty of Quays, pleasure of beaches, eating & drinking in the many good pubs & restaurants & Lymington market. The great weather allowed us to sit in the patio of the studio & enjou the flowers. The hosts provided everything you could wish for & the bed is very comfortable. No hesitation in recommending this place & only a short walk into Keyhaven too.

A small, but adequate holiday let

Sue was friendly and helpful. The let was adequate for 2 adults, clean and well arranged. Milford and the beach were within easy walking distance. This area of Hampshire has much to offer.

Cosy studio apartment in Keyhaven, Hampshire

Annexe attached to friendly and helpful owners' house in quiet no through road in Keyhaven. Accommodation clean, warm and well equipped. Bed particularly comfortable. Thank you Sue.

Beautiful studio

Great communication with Sue.A perfect place for two.Exactly as shown in the photographs.Had everything you could need and a great surprise was the cream tea that we found in the fridge.You can walk into Milford on sea and Keyhaven from the studio,both easy walks of about 10 minutes.Ferry to Hurst Castle from Keyhaven or you could do the 2 mile walk along the spit and get the ferry back.

😊❤️Beaches Studio Delight

Beaches Studio a beautiful little, cosy base for a delightful holiday in the pretty village of Milford on Sea. Weather beautiful virtually throughout. Locally visited places such as Hengisbury Head/Muddiford, Keyhaven/Hurst Castle and lovely walking around the wetlands and salt flats around Milford. Lots of wildlife, especially birds to watch. Lovely pubs and eateries in Milford to wind down in Milford before returning to Beaches for a good nights sleep

Fabulously comfortable bolt hole

We stayed 4 nights and have been to the New Forest a few years running. This Location is fabulous as per description. You can walk from the property and there are many lovely places to eat. Every meal we’ve had this year in the NF has been excellent. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and we were comfortable and enjoyed a chilled stay. We appreciated the cream tea and milk. These are unexpectedly kind and welcome extras.

Beaches studio is in a great location, we found we could leave the car on the drive and walk everywhere, whether you wish to do a long or short walk along the coast it can be done in either direction from the property.Met at the property by the owner Sue, who showed us around and informed us of things to do and restaurants to go to, which I have to say you are spoilt by the choice at Milford. Studio is lovely and quiet and everything you need for your stay.

Enjoyable stay.

Sue is a lovely host, welcoming us, leaving cream tea and milk, and checking before we left if we were okay. Comfortable apartment, including the bed. Useful information in the folder and from Sue in person. Found the mats a bit of a hazard and the view was not what we expected from the description, but overall wethoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Better than staying in a hotel

Well laid out- looks pleasant- colour co-ordinated to go with Beach Title. Lovely to have the outside courtyard. Plenty of space for clothing etc. So much equipment etc. glasses, crockery, cutlery (including cooks' knives), grater, basins, chopping board, bread board-enough to create gourmet meals. That was not what we did, however! There are several excellent restaurants in the nearby village (5 mins.) and a little further away for delicious evening meals- and we had lunches at the places we visited. Buckler's Hard, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Bournemouth (Aramba-I think that was how it was spelt. Could get up whatever time we wanted. Most days we just had muesli for breakfast, which is our usual- but on the final day, we had an excellent breakfast at the Lighthouse, after booking out. We were so comfortable and could just please ourselves with what we did and when we did it.

Great for couples seeking R&R

We've had a lovely break; the studio was perfect as a base for a quiet weekend. Stylish, clean comfortable and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend for a couple looking for some R&R.

Wonderful short break

The location of the property is perfect with short walks to either the village or beach locations. Beaches studio is ideal for this type of break with all the facilities you could need. Sue is a very thoughtful and helpful host who clearly cares about the experience her guests have.
