"Good proximity to Brockenhurst and Lynhurst. Leisure facilities and gardens are very good and staff are helpful. However the hotel rooms needs updating and refurbishing. The restaurant food in the evening is very mediocre eg oven cooked fish and chips. The staff obliged us in changing rooms as above ..."

"Lovely little hut, my kids loved how cute it was and enjoyed the hammock and swing. Really great location for lots of things to do. Was equipt with everything we felt like we needed along with plenty of towels for the shower and hot tub. Thank you!"

The hotel may not have control, however, the smell of sewer was very strong in the room. Had to keep the bathroom door closed to prevent the smell from permeating the room. ..."
