"The outside of the lodge does not bode well as it needs a really good clean and looks a bit neglected but once inside everything changes. It is clean and spacious, very attractive and well equipped. Would stay again and can recommend."

"Overall the property was very good and met our needs. The facilities were fine except one downstairs shower room had no ventilation and smelt mouldy after use. The garden and shed needed some attention. We had a very happy time."

"I’ve just returned from this beautiful property, it had all a family would want , swimming pool,hot tub, games room.it was convenient to new forest,we aged between 85 to1 years of age,all where cater for.From the games in the games room to the games in the house, the utilities in the kitchen and the good size bedrooms. not to mention the barbecue,and the ability to have an open fire while barbecuing,since it’s been pouring down with rain."

"Great location, flat was easy to access. Great communication from host, stayed two nights before cruise! Highly recommend for anyone sailing from Southampton to use these apartments!"

"This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Historical Naval Yards and related attractions. The property was very clean and quiet. My only "complaint" is that the washer-dryer machine took several hours per load. I strongly recommend staying here!"

"It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. "

"The boat had been moved to a new location which I was unaware of, but when I contacted the Team, Steve was so helpful, answering any queries I had, nothing was any trouble. Steve explained the boat was moved to a better location, which I was, quieter and much more scenic, it was beautiful! Thankyou. I dropped off a few bits to Matt in the morning and he had kindly put up the small birthday banner, got the cake ready and the champagne was on ice ready for our arrival.
