"Really clean, warm and comfortable, good Internet, TV, nice garden, good parking.Only slight drawback not enough seating in sitting room. Perhaps another small sofa.Overall it's very good value and we will use it again for a family gathering. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very homely and spotlessly clean. Short drive from Lymington and the Crown Inn pub around the corner was fantastic. We regularly visit the New Forest and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Nicky for offering such a wonderful property."

Great location
Nice and quiet.
Good place to excerise our dog 2 minutes around the corner.

"The room was clean, with modern/quirky tech features.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, providing a place to store our luggage after the check out time.
The hotel is in a good location for the Redjet passenger ferry and the high street with bars and restaurants.
It is also located a few mins walk from the taxi rank and bus stop that has connections to Newport."
