Escape to our idyllic seaside bungalow, just 50 meters from the sea, located in the picturesque Linstone Chine Holiday Village at Cliff End, Freshwater, on the stunning Isle of Wight. Enjoy free, unlimited Wi-Fi and take advantage of our discounted ferry tickets for easy travel. The site also offers four electric vehicle charging points for your convenience.

**Accommodation Highlights:**
- **Bedrooms:** Two comfortable bedrooms - one with a double bed, wardrobe, cupboards, and a wall-mounted TV; the other with two single beds or can be put together to form a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

- **Site Amenities:** The coastal path passes through the site and the site features a barbecue area, a gym trail, a football pitch, a tennis net, crazy golf, a small golf course, and a fenced children's play area with a climbing frame and swings.
- **Relaxation:** Sit on the beach, watch the boats sail by, and enjoy the lovely coastal views including Hurst Castle across the water.

Great Chalet

We were delighted to stay in this chalet. It was clean and well equipped. Powerful shower and a comfortable bed. Situated in a quiet part of the park, with lovely views. We would definitely return to this chalet if it is available when we return to the Isle.

Comfortable bungalow in great location

Bungalow is in a great area for walking, with views of the Needles and sunsets from the back. Well equipped - even has an air fryer. We found it a comfortable place to relax after a day out and about.

Pleasant stay

Property was clean on arrival, check in was easy. Property is located in the country side, on the cliff looking out over a beautiful bay (albeit view from property is inland). Beautiful sunsets from site, and dark skies for star gazers. Generally located on the quieter side of the island

Excellent accommodation

Home from home highly recommend accommodation.. Host go out their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Accommodation is ideal with breath takings views/scenery, there are a couple of excellent costal walks on the doorstep. Location has easy access for many amenities and excellent restaurants. Recommendation Horse and Groom approx 5 miles on the the A3054 Excellent communication from the host you will not be disappointed with this accommodation. Week at Cliff End

We were very pleased with our stay. Though the property is part of the Linstone Chine resort it is actually a few hundred yards from the main resort area and hence offers more privacy and better views. It was very clean and perfect for our requirements. The location is perfect with great walks literally from the doorstep. We used the bus service rather than the car as you can get to anywhere on the island via Newport.

Pretty good

Could do with some updating. For instance who put the bathroom cabinet and mirror up. Need to stand on tips of toes to shave. Also the mirror in the twin room. Shower door needs new water seal along the bottom edge - looks as though never cleaned YUK! The settees are looking very tired with holes and internal stuffing showing. The electric fire in the lounge does not work. The lounge clock has stopped. Quite a few ants on the prowl but no ant powder? If you are going to provide a 'J Cloth' then how about a whole one? Most of the windows need a bit of general maintenance so that they can be opened and closed effectively. Generally ok but too many niggles. You did ask!

Clean, comfortable, well equipped, no screaming children or barking dogs.. Good views when it was not raining or foggy. Poor lighting in the seating area- had to use torches to read by and bathroom could do with a shaving mirror Unlikely to return as poor approach road bad for car suspension and old bones

Everything we needed

A lovely Easter break, the property was exactly as described and perfect for me and my daughter. The site has a crazy golf and playground and lots of space for kids to play. The views were great and we would stay again.

Home from Home by the Sea.

The bungalow was convenient, clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with all the extras that I had forgotten to pack. Eg salt, pepper, kitchen tool, foil and tomato sauce. There was plenty of hand wash in the bathroom. The cleaning cupboard contained all the essential items. To summarise “A Home from home”

Stay for a week in mid August and it was so nice, everyone was polite and friendly in the Neighborhood, views was amazing every window you looked out of.. would recommend and will be back next year!! Communication with the marina was quick as well if you got a problem always can message her! Thank you

Lovely bungalow . Fantastic scenery

We enjoyed our holiday only downside it was a bit remote and had to use the car to go anywhere. The brochure said it was within walking distance to the beach but that wasn’t possible with towels , buckets and spades and picnic

An amazing property with absolutely everything you could possibly need, a complete home from home experience. It was in a perfect location for coastal walks, secluded beaches and evening sunsets. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Marina for this wonderful experience.

Wir genossen die Abendspaziergänge bei Ebbe

Das Mietobjekt ist schon etwas in die Tage gekommen, aber wir fühlten uns dennoch wohl. Die gute Ausstattung und die tolle Umgebung haben das mehr als ausgeglichen. Der Besuch im gehobenen Restaurant „Hut“ am nächsten Strand ebenso wie die Spaziergänge bei Ebbe werden in bester Erinnerung bleiben. Ein Genuss für alle (Hobby)Fotografen und Entdecker.
