  • A vacation for adventurers and nature lovers. The La Mesa houseboat in Lychen features high-quality, modern amenities and is available for rent year-round. It has built-in heating for the colder months. Two bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room provide sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people. Highlights include the front deck and the large rooftop deck, which are perfect for relaxing, dining together, and sunbathing. The living room, bedrooms, and bathroom with shower all feature a comfortable interior design. The living room, featuring a sofa and TV, is complemented by a dining area and a kitchenette.
    Two parking spaces are available on the private property. If you plan to operate the houseboat as a recreational captain without a license, you’ll receive charter instruction—including a joint test run—at the start of your stay. Please allow 2–3 hours for this on your arrival day so that you can safely navigate the houseboat throughout your dream vacation. In addition to the houseboat, you can rent stand-up paddleboards, fishing gear, or a motor for the dinghy.



    Houseboat:

    The houseboat features a combined living, dining, and kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. Highlights include the front terrace and the 24 m² rooftop terrace, which are perfect for relaxing, dining together, and sunbathing. Heating for use during cold seasons is built-in. The floor-to-ceiling, tinted windows connect the front deck to the modern living, dining, and kitchen area. This way, you’re always right in the middle of the action—even at the helm. Both bedrooms each feature a double bed (200x140) and a porthole. One bedroom also has a TV with a DVD player and a floor-to-ceiling window. The other bedroom is slightly larger and, in addition to a floor-to-ceiling window, offers access to a small terrace. The kitchen is equipped with two gas burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and necessary utensils such as dishes, silverware, and pots. The bathroom has a sink, a toilet, and a glass-enclosed shower. Wi-Fi is available.
    Two parking spaces are available on the private property. In addition to the houseboat, you can rent stand-up paddleboards, fishing gear, or a motor for the dinghy.



    Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Unvergessliches Wochenende

Wir waren über Himmelfahrt auf der La Mesa. Ein super ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Hausboot. Mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Extrem nette Vermieter. Die Landschaft ist unglaublich schön. Man kann die Ruhe und Natur in vollen Zügen genießen. Ich kann jeden, der ein wenig Abenteuer, Ruhe und Natur in einer unsagbar schönen Landschaft erleben will, einen Aufenthalt auf diesem Hausboot empfehlen.

Das Hausboot und auch die Umgebung waren super schön, das Boot hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. Es gab viele Spinnweben in Fensternischen und an den Decken, bei der Bettwäsche hatte man das Gefühl das sie nicht frisch war. In den Schränken der Küche waren sehr viele Krümel. Die Einweisung in den Umgang mit dem Boot war etwas knapp, da wir nun absolute Neulinge waren. Was uns aber so absolut nicht gefallen hat war die Tatsache das man keine Möglichkeit hatte in den Häfen die Ankerplätze zu buchen, bzw. zu reservieren, selbst bei Vorkasse war man nicht bereit uns den Ankerplatz frei zu halten. Da wir gleich in der 1. Nacht keinen festen Platz gefunden hatten und wir auf dem See vor Anker gehen mussten und wir ausgerechnet in der Nacht starken Sturm hatten und wir abgetrieben sind, waren wir für die kommenden Nächte nicht mehr bereit ein Risiko einzugehen. Wir blieben im Hafen wo wir einen festen Platz hatten, haben nur nochmal eine Runde auf dem See gedreht um an die Abpumpstation zu kommen und sind dann wieder auf unseren Platz gefahren. Wir haben dadurch nicht wirklich viel gesehen, aber hatten zumindest ein paar entspannte Tage.

Ein Urlaub ohne Zeit und mit viel Ruhe

Toller Vermieter, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Ein Traum-Hausboot - sucht seines gleichen. Ein unglaubliches Panorama durch die vielen großen Fenster: Vom Sofa, Esstisch, Terrasse, Sonnendeck und vom Bett aus und doch sieht ein keiner. Sehr zu empfehlen. Hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank.
