This 43 m² one-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated older building on Rue Ermesinde, in the residential Limpertsberg district. It is decorated in a calm Scandinavian style with high ceilings, and it sleeps two guests.



🛋️ Living Area

The open-plan living and dining area has a beige sofa, a wooden lounge chair, a wooden dining table and a Smart TV, separate from the bedroom so you can relax without disturbing each other.



🍳 Kitchen

The modern kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, kettle, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery.



🛏️ Bedroom

The bedroom at the back of the apartment has a queen bed (160 cm) and room-darkening shades, and it stays quiet in the evening. Bed linen is provided.



🚿 Bathroom

The spacious bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, with towels, shampoo and a hair dryer provided.



🧺 Laundry and Longer Stays

A washer, a dryer and an iron are in the apartment, and central heating keeps it comfortable in winter.

The Old Town is about a 20-minute walk, the tram and buses are a few minutes away, and cafés, restaurants and supermarkets are close by. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.



ℹ️ Good to Know

The living room windows face the pavement; curtains and blinds give privacy. There is a café-bar next to the building, which can be heard in the living room in the evening and when windows are open. There is no air conditioning, and a paid public car park is a couple of minutes' walk away.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. It is on the ground floor of the building. The key lockbox is a short walk from the entrance, and step-by-step instructions and a check-in video are in your Guest Area after the online check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in Limpertsberg, a pleasant residential district of Luxembourg City just north of the Old Town. The Old Town is about a 20-minute walk, and cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and parks are all close by, including a popular café-brasserie right next to the building.



Getting Around:

The tram and buses stop a few minutes' walk away, with connections to the city centre and Luxembourg's central train station. The airport is around 15 minutes by taxi, depending on traffic. There is no parking at the building; a paid public car park is a couple of minutes' walk away. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.
