"The staff are very helpful. They gave great recommendations of things to do and see. We were able to store our bags for the day before we checked in and also after we checked out. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff change the towels daily. Old quarter is super walkable and the hotel is situated in a great place. It’s near a very noisy bar street but the hotel room was quiet! "

"Really friendly staff great customer service. Especially with young children the staff were amazing. The only slight disappointed the restaurant was not the best food for the money. A bit too much salt among other criticisms. But there are some great places just outside the hotel so don't let that put you off. The hotel is in a great location with lots of things to do and places to see."

"The hotel is a tiny boutique hotel and the staff and team are so friendly especially the owner. She’s so accommodating. It’s just in a very busy location which is expected if visiting Hanoi. Lovely breakfast! "

"Love this place Bryan the customer service manager was excellent really went out of his way to make sure that me and my family were comfortable. I also left my backpack in the lobby while I was checking out. He brought it to the airport and delivered it to me. Thank you, Bryan."

"A gem hotel inside the winding roads of old Hanoi. Located conveniently to so many attractions but still ensuring a relatively quiet stay despite us being on 2nd floor. The breakfast was amazing. The hot food changed every day and the lemongrass tea! (I’m inspired to make it on my own).
