"Highly recommend!!! Front desk staff was exceptional—always friendly, professional and helpful. On the day of a downpour, they provided each of us with a large umbrella, free of charge. "Facility was average. Bed was too soft. Entrance to apartment was near the garbage so it smelt. Location to Lucerne Bahnhof was a 20 min walk and 15 min to chapel bridge. There are 3 supermarkets across the road from apartment Coop, Migros and Aldi."
