Large king-size bed (180x200 cm) with a box-spring mattress and a comfortable sofa in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. From the living area and kitchen, you have direct access to the spacious, sunny balcony with a dining table and seating area, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

Three ski resorts nearby: → Hasliberg (18 min.) – challenging slopes, including black runs
→ Mörlialp (23 min.) – family-friendly and affordable
→ Melchsee-Frutt (30 min.) – particularly snow-sure

Sledding opportunities at Mörlialp and Melchsee-Frutt. Enjoy winter walks around the frozen Lake Lungern.

☀️ Summer

The emerald-green Lake Lungern is only a 10-minute walk away. The beach area is free to use and includes a fire pit with complimentary firewood. Ideal for hiking, e-bike tours, and day trips to Jungfraujoch, Titlis, Pilatus, Harder Kulm, or Lucerne. Fans of Crash Landing on You will find the famous filming location just a 12-minute walk away!

🚗 Getting There

Free parking available. Giswil: 8 min., Lucerne: 30 min., Interlaken: 38 min. Kaiserstuhl OW railway station is a 15-minute walk away, with the scenic Brünig panoramic route right on your doorstep.
