WONDERFUL VILLA ON THE SEA 8/10 PEOPLE

Prestigious 130sqm villa in the Marina of Sant 'Ambroggio, between Calvì and Ile Rousse. 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds. On request it is possible to have a 2-seater sofa bed. The beds are therefore 8/10.
There are 3 bathrooms, outdoor shower with hot water, private parking space for 3 cars. Swimming pool in common use with the two adjacent villas.
From the private garden, thanks to a small path, direct access to the sea with a rocky beach and a sandy beach which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The villa is on two floors:
ground floor: kitchen equipped with a service refrigerator, new washing machine and dishwasher, dining room equipped with a large new refrigerator with freezer and ice dispenser, lounge, 1 double bedroom, toilet with shower and bidet, access to the external veranda .
First floor: 2 double bedrooms; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds; 1 toilet with sink; 1 toilet with bidet, sink and shower; large terrace.
Large garden, covered veranda with chairs and outdoor table, sun loungers, lawn, table tennis area, charcoal barbecue, two small swings for children up to 3 years. Air conditioning, heating, possibility of cleaning. Swimming pool 6mx12m shared with the two adjacent villas.
Pets allowed by agreement with the owner.
Location easily accessible from Calvi airport or from the ports of Calvi, Ile Rousse and Bastia.
The house is structured to offer a comfortable stay thanks to the large indoor and outdoor spaces. The position guarantees a unique opportunity to spend moments of true relaxation between the beauty of the sea and the charm of the mountains with their swimming rivers. The sea area below the house, full of fish, allows you to experience the thrill of diving in solitude to swim along the coast or go snorkelling and spearfishing. Finally, in the evening what is more beautiful than having dinner in front of the sun setting in the sea?

Maison confortable avec belle vue

La maison est bien équipée et bien située. La literie est très confortable, les climatiseurs fonctionnent parfaitement. Les salles de bains sont récemment rénovées mais quand on se douche en haut, de l'eau coule dans le salon en bas. Le mur est d'ailleurs en piteux état avec de la moisissure. L'eau de la piscine était propre mais le pourtour était franchement sale (ça partait pourtant en grattant). Le ménage de surface était bien fait, mais les tiroirs de la cuisine étaient sales, il y avait des torchons moisis et les filtres et buses du lave vaisselle étaient très encrassés. Bref, l'ensemble manque clairement d'entretien et c'est un peu choquant pour un tel prix de location, mais ça reste néanmoins tout à fait confortable. Le point fort de la maison est assurément la belle terrasse avec coin salon, grande table, plancha et vue sublime (couchers de soleil mémorables!). Quand la mer est calme, on peut s'y baigner directement depuis les rochers juste en contrebas de la maison.

Great location and view

The house is in a great location with a beautiful view of the sea. It has however been neglected and was not clean to our standards. Well equipped kitchen but cupboards were upside down and dishes had to be clean before use. Beds were comfortable however, only one sheet and one towel was supplied (with add cost) to make the bed. We, however, had a great time. Sunsets are amazing and the surrounding were amazingly quiet.

Wir haben unsere Zeit in Lumio sehr genossen. Die Lage mit Zugang zum Meer und tollem Blick hat uns begeistert!

Super Lage aber dürftiger Service - excellent Location but poor service.

Die Lage und der Blick sind in der Tat großartig, auch der Felsstrand ist unschwer in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, zum Bäcker sind es ungefähr 7. Auch Terrasse und Sitzgelegenheiten sind Klasse. Leider war die Tischtennisplatte ( schon länger) kaputt, es gab keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher inkludiert (das erfuhren wir nicht im Inserat sondern in einem Email danach) und die Endreinigung kostet extra. Das ist nicht nur sehr ungewöhnlich bei exklusiven Häusern sondern verzerrt auch den Vergleich auf fewodiekt.de bzw arbritel. Daß 2 teuer bezahlte Bettzeuge dann nicht mal bezogen waren, ist Niveau Jugendherberge oder Berghütte. Unsere Mitteilungen dazu wurden nicht beantwortet, die versprochene Reparatur einer kaputten Tür erfolgte auch nicht. Eigentlich schade, daß der tolle Eindruck hier ohne Not so gemindert wurde, das sollten die Eigentümerin und M.Moussa vielleicht verbessern.

A lovely place in a lovely part of Corsica

The villa provides accommodation for up to 8 people unless you want to use the fold down in the main room. All rooms are smallish but with good storage and comfortable beds and aircon. There are enough bathrooms/ showers and loos. None en suite. The outside space is a big covered terrace and a bbq and large swimming pool. This shared but has never caused a problem and when neighbours have been there they have been courteous and considerate. The check in arrangements ha gone wrong each time. So before you go make sure you have a direct line to the owner and to Moussa who will be the caretaker. We love it there with its stunning views and perfect location. 2 years ago wee rented it for a month so as to share it with family and friends- not at the same time.it was a huge success enjoyed by everyone so this year we took it again for two weeks. That probably says it all . I will go again if plans can work out.

Underbart hus

Bara positivt om bostaden. Fantastisk utsikt över havet. Sköna sängar. Bra ytor då man är många och passande för barn. Vi hade tur som fick ha poolen för oss själva då grannhusen stod tomma. Hög avgift tillkommer för handdukar/lakan samt städning. För oss 6 vuxna och två små barn ca 300 euro.

Casa bellissima, posizione stupenda che la veranda esterna permette di godersi al meglio sia a pranzo che a cena. Un piccolo appunto sullo stato di usura di alcuni strumenti della cucina.

A Lovely shabby chic house in a wonderful place

The most important things are all good. The position of the house is fabulous and the views outstanding. The air-conditioning works very well and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace outside creates a lovely space to eat within. The house is comfortable and the equipment all works well. There is a slight lack of attention to detail so small things like the cork screws were part broken and the pillows were quite like rocks. The house is fairly clean and the garden could do with attention. The swimming pool is a good size and all our guests enjoyed it as did the children. Sant'Ambroggio is a great place to be. There is local swimming in the sea, without restaurants, umbrellas or beach beds, but with lovely sand and in some places beautiful coves. It is 10-15 minutes from Calvi with its pretty and gently shelving beaches - perfect for very small children. And it is 5 minutes from Agajola with its slightly less sheltered beach that has wonderful clear water and decent beach bar with good food. It probably isn't exactly what would appeal to most teenagers but for and older population or those with very young children it is perfect.

Tolles Haus direkt am Meer

Wir haben 10 sehr wun derschöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Für unsere Gruppe von 8 Personen war es ideal. Es ist geräumig und gut ausgerüstet. Die Sicht auf den Garten und das Meer ist einzigartig. Der Garten ist gross und gepflegt. Direkt vor dem Haus führt ein Pfad zur Felsküste. Bei ruhigem Wellengang kann man dort wunderbar schnorcheln.

Une jolie propriété fonctionnelle avec une vue exceptionnelle!

Bien accueillis par M. Moussa, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre très chouette maison à la vue exceptionnelle! Rien ne manque pour profiter de supers moments( piscine, barbecue, terrasse couverte, air co dans les chambres, …) et nous avons tous été ravis d’être tout particulièrement à cet endroit-là!

Excellent villa with all commodities, great location and stunning sea view !!!

We spent a week at the villa, and it was the best time I've had in Corsica! The villa is very well situated - just 5min walk to the marina and the public beach there, and if you prefer a swim among the rocks, you can simply walk 100m. down the path and have a private beach all to yourself. The villa has all the commodities needed for a perfect stay and is exactly as on the photos. I consider its greatest asset is the absolutely marvelous sea view from the terrace, and from every room, so even when you're not at the beach, you feel the sea just next to you. Check-in and out was fast and easy, the host was truly helpful and responsible when part of our group needed her advice and support. I will definitely recommend this property for anyone who wants to feel 5* comfort of a real home by the sea. Thank you!

posizione meravigliosa, casa super!

Posizione diretta sul mare con accesso diretto alla scogliera: tramonti favolosi e stellate memorabili. La piscina, anche se in condivisione con le due case vicine, è davvero di generose dimensioni e non si ha alcuna sensazione di disagio nell'utilizzo. La casa è pulitissima e dotata di tutto quanto si possa desiderare in vacanza (tra cui un superbo grill). Assistenza immediata anche per piccole necessità. Super soddisfatti!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment. La vue est époustouflante. La maison est très bien équipée pour accueillir 2 familles. De récents travaux l ont rendu très agréable. Pas trop d animations pour des 16/18 ans à pied... Merci encore. Nous reviendrons.

Lloc fantàstic...

La terrassa i la piscina són fantàtics. La baixada a les roques no té preu. Les postes de sol són inmillorables. Si podem hi tornarem!

Perfekt

Wir waren 2 familien, 4 erwachsene und 5 kinder im alter von 6-11. Die lage der hauses ist wunderschön. Die aussicht von der terasse kann man nur genießen! Der pool ist groß und befindet sich direkt vor dem haus. Es gibt 3 strände, die zu fuß auch mit kindern gut erreichbar sind. Einzig die sauberkeit des hauses lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Es könnte ein bisschen besser geputzt werden. Die lage und alles andere ist allerdings so toll, dass man hier ein auge zudrücken kann. Mr. Moussa , der hausverwalter, ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Insgesamt ein wundervoller urlaub! Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Vue époustouflante sur des fleurs, des arbres et sur une piscine plongeant sur la mer dès qu’on ouvre la porte de la maison ! On prend toutes ces nuances de couleurs dans les yeux dès le premier instant... du coup, même si le frigo n’est pas top, on l'oublie rapidement. Maison fonctionnelle et bien insonorisée (nous n’entendions rien en provenance des chambres voisines) Equipements top-Grande terrasse ombragée-Accès direct à la mer en 5 mn

Quelques inconvenients : prises électriques défectueuses. Pas de wifi.ventilation s d'eau mauvaise

Cadre très agréable. Terrasse superbe. Pas de voisin de copropriété donc piscine pour nous. Literie confortable. Mais des travaux d'entretien de la maison seraient nécessaires. Notamment en électricité. L'interrupteur qui éteint le couloir du bas allume systématiquement l'extérieur... ds la salle d'eau la prise électrique n'est pas fonctionnelle. On ne peut rien brancher. Le sol en bois de la douche n'est pas très hygiénique. Et la ventilation de cette pièce sans ouverture insuffisante. Les codes wifi ne permettent pas la connection. ...

Belle villa très bien placée, mais quelques points à revoir pour la location

Très bel emplacement, magnifique vue, maison agréable. Cependant le ménage pourrait être plus efficace (fenêtre pas propre, saleté à certains endroits, chevelus sur les draps). Le wifi ne fonctionne pas (on se connecte mais quasiment aucun débit), et le réseau téléphone ne passe pas.. pas de travail à distance possible. Il manque un grille pain également. Plusieurs ampoules grillées et radiateurs qui ne marchent pas, pourtant nécessaires en début de saison. Pas de réponse du propriétaire malgré signalement de ces points, dommage...
