PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The beautiful stone house is located in the tranquil holiday resort of "Lumbarda", about 7 km from Korcula town, on the Dalmatian island of the same name. Lumbarda is known for its idyllic landscape interspersed with vineyards, as well as the beautiful fine sandy beaches and the crystal clear and clean sea that surrounds everything. Korcula itself is one of the sunniest and most lushly vegetated islands in the Mediterranean and, in addition to its countless hidden bathing bays, offers a lot of leisure, excursion and sightseeing opportunities.
The beautiful holiday home, only about 250 m² in size, offers 4 apartments on 2 floors and an outdoor area of about 400 m² with lush Mediterranean plants.
Directly in front of the house there is a sandy beach that slopes gently into the sea , which is particularly suitable for small children to swim in. You can park directly in front of the house in the alley that leads into the district. The friendly landlords also live in the house and are available to answer any questions or provide suggestions of all kinds. There is a small restaurant with an outdoor terrace attached, so you can have your breakfast here or enjoy the house's gastronomic offerings in the evening.
In addition to being landlords and restaurateurs, the owners are also fishermen. They have their own boat, which can be used to take tours of the offshore archipelago if you are interested. If you would like to bring your boat, there are free boat moorings in the immediate vicinity (visual connection).
All 3 apartments are modernly equipped and do not have satellite TV. The top floor apartment has air conditioning. The unique location directly in a quiet bay with a beautiful view of the sea, the offshore islands and the mountainous Peljesac peninsula opposite offers a suitable setting for a relaxing holiday.
The outdoor area including the grill is available to guests of the house free of charge. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests. The landlord's washing machine can be used.
The entire tourist infrastructure is within walking distance with a maximum walking time of 5 minutes, whether you want to go to the pizzeria, go swimming, go shopping or go to the bank.
