"It is an older hotel and seems worn out. I understand they will be remodeling it later this year. The rooms and hallways smelled like carpet shampoo. The TV in our room did not work well and required maintenance. Some of the furniture was chipped, and the plumbing fixtures were very outdated. The stay itself was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. "

"Great location and beautiful hotel. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was the service in the restaurant. It was slow and one meal everyone was given their meal except me. When it FINALLY arrived, part of the order was missing. And the rest of my table had already finished eating! I feel that I shouldn’t have been charged for my meal."
