"Fantastic hotel in a great central location. Staff very friendly and facilities also excellent. Only gripe were the ongoing construction works below the hotel window. Every morning woken to drilling and banging. I guess that’s all part of an ever evolving city. I did request room on that side of hotel for the views but could have been advised in advance so I could have made a decision. "

"Huge spacious room with very nice amenities. Extremely convenient and connected to the mall and MTR station. Mall has a huge playground which is lovely!! Went on a mother and child (2yo) trip and it is effortless travelling from one place to another. Staff are very friendly and greets everytime they sees us. Will definitely reccommend to everyone."

"No one helped us with our luggage upon arrival. There were no instructions about drop-off in the underground parkade. The elevators are very small. The rooms and beds are also much smaller than shown in the photos. Expedia lists this hotel as a 4-star property; at most, and generously, it is a 3-star hotel."

"It was my first time in Hong Kong and I chose Eaton because of its location! The property has an excellent food court and walking distance to many places. The thing the stood out the most was the friendly and most welcoming staff, especially the folks at Terrible Baby which is the bar at the hotel. "Hotel is located right near the SSP and Apilu street market. It's a little on the rougher side, but it's authentic compared to TST. Which is overflowing with tourists. Staff and reception were very helpful and even left out water, candy and gave me a coupon card to use at the vending machine in the lobby for abstaining from room service for a few days. "The staff was very nice, and the sheets and towels were clean. Sponge to wash dishes was old and had hair stuck to it, and I didn’t feel comfortable washing the dishes with it. The shower had lime scale and black mold in several areas. I didn’t feel like it had been properly cleaned in quite some time. The rest of the room was fine. We told ourselves it was “rustic”. But the shower was definitely not clean to standards of a regular hotel or airbnb. If you bring luggage, be prepared to carry it...
