"This hotel is very well located. This was my second stay. They have a food court at the basement level, which has some excellent food. Great prices as well. The staff are always helpful. We had an issue with the pillows. 1 was very soft and the other very high and firm. When my partner asked for any other solution he wasn't helped much. I went back later in the pm and spoke to a young man who came up with a solution. I received however, 2 quilts?!!. I then left a note for the cleaner who...
