"The quality inn & suites in Lufkin Texas is poorly managed and not properly cleaned up to the standards of a good hotel. I stayed recently on may 18th 2026 and found ticks in the room by the shower and when brought up they tried to just kill it and not do anything about it..watch where you book..sometimes ..."

"It was ok for the price if you’re not looking for an updated stay. Ok for work trip but wouldn’t take my family to stay here. It just seems old and outdated. The beds need replaced due to sagging in the middle."

"Staff was great at check in. Room was very clean Hot tun in the room only had 2 working jets and it shut off shortly after we started it. Ac unit wasnt work great but it was cool in the room. Around midnight a group of young adults stood in the hallway screaming and yelling for about 30 minutes then ..."

"Property is new and in great shape. Room was large. We had issues with the WiFi but management resolved it right away. Breakfast was ok. Standard for this type of hotel. We would definitely stay here again."
