The building itself is really cool with a lot of character, and the lobby and rooftop bars were both great hangout spots with delicious food and tasty signature cocktails. "hotel staff went above and beyond with great service. from a free bottle of wine delivered to our room to the restaurant giving us an apple to staff bringing toothpaste to our room. when i left a hairbrush in the room, they had it in the lobby in less than 15 mins. from checkout so that I didn't end up going home without it. they were wonderful! we plan to be back."

"Room 100 has no hot water, i had to go to room 409 when i needed to shower, also the a/c did not work in room 100, they brought us one fan, for my husbands side, of the bed, not happy. The lady at the front desk applied 1000 points to a IHG acct she made for me, whats that gonna get me? A water?... i cant stay at a hotel for less than 80k points, i think i deserve a free room for a night, for the hassle, js"

"The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting."
