"1. Fully paid and the receptionist asked to pay again, why? 2. cockroach in the room to welcome meI run out and never come back. 3. I never actually use the room at all. I went to other lodging instead. 4. Free breakfast? Lol. I was there for less than one minute NOT one night."

"I absolutely love Cassia Bintan. It is the best value for what you get - you have a beautiful beach right in front, along with 2 different pools you can access. Rooms are super clean, cute. Staff is incredible. Though this is not a 'luxury' hotel, it was a perfect place to get away & relax."
