In Town Private Studio with Hot Tub!

This apartment is private but in town. It’s sits behind a restored 1876 Victorian home. The property sits high on a hill in town, two blocks from the ocean with water views. Please note that the hot tub will be closed for the winter.
The apartment is privately accessed behind the garage, on the second floor and has views of the pool and fire-pit (next door), Grand Manan Island, the quaint back yard gardens of Lubec and Canada's famous Campobello Island. Pool and Fire pit access is not included. View the bridge to Campobello Island while star gazing the night sky in your own ( private) two person hot tub. (Please Note: the Hot tub is closed from Oct 27, 2024 untill early May 2025….)Water in tub is always replaced and will be fresh for your use.
For cooking, there is a Jen Air gas stove top with side grill. Radiant heat keeps your toes toasty on those cool evenings. Listen to the fog horn from a queen size bed and watch the stars above through a large skylight.
Enjoy peace, quiet and privacy while still being in walking distance to down town.

Geno is a great host! We stayed here in 2023, and liked it so much we were excited to book again.The space was clean and cozy. The hot tub felt great after our 10 !hour drive.Nice views from this upper level space, skylights for star gazing.We look forward to coming back and staying here again!

Geno was very nice and quick to respond to questions. The apartment was very clean and quiet. The hot tub was nice to have after a 7 hour motorcycle ride to get there! The only complaint is that we couldnt stay longer. Would definitly stay again and recommend it to anyone that wants a quiet stay in a great spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the easternmost town in the United States-Lubec, ME. The trails at Quoddy State Park and at Campobello were close by with spectacular views of the rocky cliffs on the coast in the Bold Coast. The Roosevelt House on Campobello was an interesting and informative stop. We enjoyed the local restaurants and soaking in the hot tub after hiking. We saw humpback whales at Harbor Head Lighthouse on Campobello. Amazing tidal differences on the bay of Fundy.

I was originally going to leave 4 stars but decided 5 stars because the host was great. I woke up to a flat tire and he connected me with someone to help.I was originally going to deduct one star for a few things. The listing pictures are slightly dated. The bed and TV are in a different orientation, making them further apart. The outdoor furniture is different which wouldn't really matter but the back support varied. The actual ones are deeper and don't have back cushions and I wasn't tall enough to sit all the way back Definitely nothing major wrong, but updated pictures would be nice. If I was in the area again, I would rebook.

Annual bday weekend trip

This was our fourth time staying at Geno’s and we always love it. The location is perfect, being a 2-minute walk to town, and our dog loves to walk me to the coffee shop in the AM. Geno is kind and helpful, and the jacuzzi is the best!

Lovely pet friendly studio apartment with hot tub. Super quiet neighborhood. Large off street parking space (we had a trailer). Unit is not handicap accessible. Comfortable and bright with skylights. Easy walk to main street and nice view of the water. Easy to communicate with host Geno.

Lubec stay

The place was very clean and super cute. Geno was great and responsive. We booked the place for the hot tub which isn’t left on and is needed to be turned on, let heat, use, turn off due to a breaker issue. This wasn’t ideal. Overall, a great place. Wish I would have known this as when we got there, I wanted to use it and couldn’t figure out how to turn it on.

Quiet getaway!

My husband and I had an amazing time at this cute, quiet spot in lubec. Everything in downtown lubec is a quick walk from the studio. Geno is great with communication and is happy to answer any questions you may have!
