Admire the crisp, contemporary décor of the open-plan living space and modern environment that will not disappoint your expectations! This property is perfect for any desired length of stay. The property gives quick access to the loop, 7 min from Texas Tech University, and only 5 min away from the South Plains Mall.

This location is perfect as it sits 2 minutes away from the highway that gets you anywhere in Lubbock quickly, the South Loop 289. You're within 5 minutes of a Walmart, a Walgreens 24-hr pharmacy, and the South Plains mall with plenty of restaurants within easy reach.

As for the property itself, inside you will be welcomed into a stunning living room with a fireplace. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs that you can watch Youtube Tv on while you lay your head down at night and drift into a peaceful sleep. The fully functional kitchen comes loaded with all the essentials that you would need for a quick breakfast on the go or even to host a small get together with friends!

Booked this nice home that was just right for my family and I. We came into town From San Antonio for our sons orientation at Tech. This home was nice, clean and offered us some nice electronics to enjoy such as the smart tv in the living room and a smart door lock for easy access to the home. Very nice house!

The location was perfect because it was easy to find and close to the loop. The house/duplex was nicely updated and clean. The master bathroom is pretty small so there wasn’t much room for your toiletries so a dresser in the bedroom would have been helpful to have a place for them or anything else you bring. Overall nice place and would stay here again.

Great Property

This property was clean and within easy distance of all the places I needed to be in Lubbock for work and play. I appreciated the garage access, which helped during some inclement weather. The property owner had clear instructions for check-in and check-out. This is a great place to stay.

Had a great place to stay

I came on the 14 with my dogs and wife and then she had surgery the next day and stayed till the 17 it was very stressful but at least I could let the dogs out and stay there in this stressful situation at least we were safe. Manager had responded to my messages when I asked questions. Very nice stay will recommend to everyone and will rent again
