The property gives quick access to the loop, 7 min from Texas Tech University, and only 5 min away from the South Plains Mall.

This location is perfect as it sits 2 minutes away from the highway that gets you anywhere in Lubbock quickly, the South Loop 289. You're within 5 minutes of a Walmart, a Walgreens 24-hr pharmacy, and the South Plains mall with plenty of restaurants within easy reach.

As for the property itself, inside you will be welcomed into a stunning living room with a fireplace. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs that you can watch Youtube Tv on while you lay your head down at night and drift into a peaceful sleep. The fully functional kitchen comes loaded with all the essentials that you would need for a quick breakfast on the go or even to host a small get together with friends!

The garage has 1 parking spot. There is outside parking for 2 more vehicles beside the property.

I came on the 14 with my dogs and wife and then she had surgery the next day and stayed till the 17 it was very stressful but at least I could let the dogs out and stay there in this stressful situation at least we were safe. Manager had responded to my messages when I asked questions. Very nice stay will recommend to everyone and will rent again

We had a really nice stay while visiting our daughter at Tech. Townhome is decorated just as shown on website. Beds were comfy and kitchen had what we needed for cooking a couple of home cooked meals. We brought our dog and found a great park walking distance only a couple of blocks away which was perfect.

I stayed with my daughter and brought her dog from home. We had room for more people but the price was so reasonable that I booked it for our tiny group anyway. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I will stay here again.

Went to Lubbock to visit family and friends for Christmas. This little gem is right in the middle of Lubbock, just off Quaker Ave and 58th. Easy to get in and out for everything we needed. It is a duplex so you do have neighbors but that wasn't an issue for us. The duplex itself needs some exterior work done but the remodel of the interior is outstanding. I/we would change the shower heads to something a little more "generalized" but really nothing else we would change. Will definitely look to stay there again!

Parents Weekend + grandparents visit! So 4 of us which was perfect but were a little short on plates and cups when we had our daughter and friends over for dinner one night. Our thought was to cook most meals in to avoid crowded restaurants. But this kitchen was not set up for that at all! Definitely bare bones :) Will know to bring my own stuff next time we try to eat in!

This was a great place for us to stay. The only thing you might add for comfort would be one or two recliners for the living room. We were under Dr orders so had to spend a lot of down time. Great location for navigating when needed.

We needed a place for one night in Lubbock for an event and this was ideal. It felt spacious, clean, and welcoming and was in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

We went for my stepsons orientation. This was my first time to Lubbock. Very nice place that was clean. The beds were super comfy. I hope to be able to stay here again when visiting since we will be up to Lubbock frequently. The host was very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond.
