We chose this property based on proximity to my parents house. What an awesome gem. Very clean and open layout. We did not use the patio since we were out and about, but next time we’re in the area, we’ll look to rent this house again.

Everything was A. This house had it all. Clean, new construction, new towels, comfortable beds, amazing kitchen with all new pots, pans utincels, spices, oil etc. Everthing you could ask for, this hoise had it. Fully stocked game cabinet, TV in every room. Large room for gathering as a family. Loved it!!

This was a very nice, clean house. I would definitely stay here again. I would suggest getting an extra set of sheets & a thick blanket for the blow up bed. We could’ve used it for my son.

Great place to stay for graduation. Was able to accommodate everyone, even the ones who didn’t stay with us at the property. The only drawback was the master bed was extremely soft, but that was just a personal preference.

This was our first VRBO, and it set the bar high. We loved this house. It was immaculately clean, had everything we needed during our stay, was the perfect amount of space for our family, and was in a perfect location near our relatives, Market Street, and everything we wanted to do in Lubbock. We will definitely stay here again!

We came to Lubbock to see family get married. Everything we needed was available close by. The house was clean. Kitchen supplies and seasonings perfect. Coffee and creamer provided as well as some snacks. Very thoughtful. Communication was quick with Evolve Team and the owner. Prettier than the pictures. Would stay again.

This property was fantastic for our group of four adults. The home is very clean, roomy and up to date. The side patio was great for morning coffee. We loved walking around the neighborhood and the park that is only a few blocks away. It is very conveniently located for any Lubbock activities. I high recommend this home.

We were staying in Lubbock for a few days while a family member had a medical procedure, then recovered. This house was perfect! It was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. We had family that lives in Lubbock visit us during the days while we were there, and were able to use the provided games (there were many different games) and snacks to entertain them. I would stay here again for any trip to Lubbock.
