This house, surrounded by a spacious 3000 m2 plot, offers soul and charm as well as an architecture reflecting the aesthetics of 1968 with teak wood and mosaic tiles.



With only 400 meters to the best beach on Læsø, you can enjoy optimal conditions for swimming and fishing right from the coast. Additionally, one of North Jutland's best and most beautiful 18-hole golf courses is only about 1 km away, allowing you to combine beach life with a round of golf.



Indoors, the house is furnished with a 70 m2 large living room where the whole family can gather and enjoy each other's company without disturbances. There is also a modern IT equipment package including Chromecast, iPad, Bluetooth speakers, and free wifi, keeping you entertained and connected throughout your stay.



Outdoor facilities include three terraces, including a morning terrace with sun from early morning, a large terrace connected to the living room, and a spacious sea terrace. There is also an orangery and an outdoor shower on the terrace, ideal for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach. For active guests, there are bikes available to explore the island as well as amenities such as garden furniture, a gas grill, and free firewood for the fireplace or bonfire.



For food and drink experiences, there is a De'Longhi espresso machine with whole beans for freshly brewed coffee, a regular coffee machine, and the option to make coffee with a French press. There is also a smoker for smoking fish and meat, so you can try local delicacies straight from your own garden.



Please note that this cottage is only rented to guests over 30 years old, ensuring a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for all visitors, and that the driveway and backyard are video monitored for security.
