"We were a bit disappointed in our initial assessment of this property. It was a bit hard to find as there is no actual address. With the help of some very kind neighbours we did locate the suite. We found the suite could use some updating. The ad mentions beach extras like beach towels and blanket etc. Those things were not in the suite. At least we never found them. "Overall the entire facility is dated. The photos were deceiving. The photos are taken at an angle that doesn’t show the roofs that you are looking down across and they are in bad shape. It was clean, the balcony large, the location by the airport and Maho Beach was perfect for us, and the nearby grocery store and restaurants was convenient. "This was our 3rd stay at Rainbow Beach club. First time in this unit. We arrived early due to our flight being ahead of schedule. Had to call the owner Mike as the lock was time delayed. Once inside the unit it was very warm and we had to call Mike as the AC was turned off and we couldn’t get it to turn on. The unit was clean.
