"The view from the condo is extraordinary. Sat watching planes come in, cruise liners go out and plaenty of other boats, jet skis etc. The unit itself is great as is the owner. We had an issue with water being turned off for 2 of our days but Susan was able to remedy the situation quickly. She details everything from where to park, eat, shop and even a varietyt of beaches. We snorkled directly from the beach under the condo and the salt water pool was nice and almost always our own. I will stat...

"Wonderful apartment with all the space you could ever need. Beautiful surroundings and very attentive staff. Good location especially If you rent a car to get you the few miles to Maho village or indeed anywhere on the island. Only drawback were catching a few cockroaches. "

"We are back in SXM! We stayed here last year in April and loved it again. Our flight got cancelled so we only had 2 nights here but the wonderful gracious host (great communication and super nice) and fabulous property made it all worth it. We are staying at Sonesta for 2nd half for friends wedding. We showed them the penthouse and they may want to rent it one day. "Really we dont need more, for 1 or 2 people, the Studio is perfect, WiFi, one bed, small kictchen, friged, roku tv, air conditioned, big bath room, is quite place, the property is clean, good pool, gym, laundry room, 7 to the Maho beach, 12 to the Mullet beach, 15 minutes to the airport walking."

"The room was just as pictured, but there was even more space than anticipated. The views were absolutely stunning and I wish I could go back to having coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Any issues we had were immediately addressed by John or Stacy. The kitchen was nicely stocked, but the blender didn't work and needs to be replaced. I appreciated that the room included a few beach towels and chairs. "

"We were not sure what area to stay and decided on this location and unit, it was a great decision. You are not only right near the beach for this unit but it is easy location to get to french side attractions and airport, etc. unit was a great layout for three couples, very spacious."
