"Really we dont need more, for 1 or 2 people, the Studio is perfect, WiFi, one bed, small kictchen, friged, roku tv, air conditioned, big bath room, is quite place, the property is clean, good pool, gym, laundry room, 7 to the Maho beach, 12 to the Mullet beach, 15 minutes to the airport walking."

"The Cliff is beautiful and our stay was very pleasant. Staff was extremely friendly. Neighborhood was very safe. The only issue we had was on our last night with one of the bedroom air conditioning units, but it is an island and things happen. I would recommend staying as the views, property, and staff are very welcoming. "

"Really great week at the Cupecoy Beach Cub for our family. Our host Stacey was very helpful and the condo was exactly as listed and well stocked with kitchen items, bath supplies, and chairs/toys/etc. for the beach. Our favorite part was the multiple balconies right on the ocean with great views of the sunset (and airplane arrivals). One note for really young children - there is a ledge from the dining area to the living room and the stairs can be a bit tricky in that area - our 3 year old...

"We really enjoyed our stay in SXM! The house was perfect - the location was great with walking distance to restaurants and groceries. The view was just amazing and the pool was great and private - it was hard to leave! Check-in was easy with Romez meeting us with keys and instructions. Everything worked as expected and we had no issues. Definitely looking forward to a return trip!"

"The condo and admenities were amazing! This was our first time in St. Maarten and we were unsure of where to stay on the island. Boy did we hit the jackpot with this condo! It was in an amazing location with our favorite beach (Mullet Bay) just a minute walk. The beach in front of the condo was also one of our favorites.
