This beautiful studio apartment is located in the newly built Jordan Village complex which is a convenient 10 minute drive away from the Juliana International Airport and is directly opposite the American University of the Caribbean (AUC) Medical School.
Guests have the comfort of having the entire living space to themselves with free and accessible parking while having access to two convenient stores, restaurants, bars, beaches, and nightlife.

The host is easy to contact and prompt in addressing concerns / accomodating our requests. Great location; well-furnished studio. The terrace / balcony is a nice feature. The rooster’s calls throughout the day give the neighborhood (American University - Medical School) a resting / home bound / country side air. The near-by Carrefour store, French bakery and Fat Tony’s bar / restaurant add much value.

The location is in a little village with bars and restaurants. About 5-10 minutes from the airport. The unit is not as updated and some of the couch’s d chairs can be cleaned but it’s quiet, functional with excellent hosts.

Quiet and delightful

I looked for some peaceful to relax, think and pray. Successful for all. Less time at the beach, but not needed this time. Jordan apartments fine, and Tamara's was a delight. Thank you all.

We stayed for 4 nights to check out the area for school. It was extremely clean and had all of the basic necessities. There’s a grocery store in the complex which made it very convenient to get some goods. There’s also restaurants attached to the complex, so you literally just have to go downstairs to eat.Caveats: You have to go up one flight of stairs with no elevator, so it is not accessible for those with mobility impairments. The bathroom window appears tinted, but from what he saw I all the other units, it is see through so we had to toss a towel over it, otherwise the upper units can look straight in as you try to enter the shower.If you’re looking for a relaxed place with a fantastic AC and walking distance to beaches, this is your spot. I’d definitely come back again.

This apartment was a great value. Not fancy by any means, but suited our needs for a couple of nights. It was very clean. The host stood out to me especially and was very receptive and quick to answer my many questions before and during our stay. She allowed us to drop our luggage off early and also check out late because there was no guest arriving on checkout day. We appreciated that kindness. The area surrounding the rental was safe and an easy walk to great beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc. We had never been to this area of the island before and we loved it! We both agreed that the bed wasn't very comfortable and the kitchen was somewhat lacking in supplies, but we made due. I understand everyone has different mattress needs, but it was much to soft for us. For this island, I think the value here can't be beat. We paid more for our one night stay upon arriving, and Carl's Unique Inn was very meh with disinterested staff. So, on that alone, I highly recommend this rental. Plus, it's so convenient to the airport and one of the nicest beach on the island, Mullet Bay Beach!

Excellent Condo Studio

What a breeze

We stayed 30 nights including the month of February. The unit was as advertised and looked and smelled clean. Tamara was a great host even left some goodies for our arrival. Everyone in the area is very kind and you feel safe walking to the beach, stores and restaurants Weather was perfect and always had a breeze. Hoping to go back next year

Should’ve stayed longer

This place is in a great area if you’re looking to hit a lot of beaches, restaurants and shops. A short drive to Marigot allows you ferry access to Anguilla helping you make the most of a short stay. It was bright, clean and well appointed. Would definitely recommend to the vrbo traveller that knows what they want and is not super picky. If you want to be pampered this is not for you. We will be back and will probably stay longer! Thanks Tamara two thumbs up!!

The place was better than I expected. The pictures were not as the place appeared in person. It was much more space in person. I’m an owner of Sint Maarten Studios as well. Tamara’s studio gave me ideas about my own. No complaints. I loved it.

Awesome stay

Tamara was wonderful any time I called her with a question she always answered her phone. The unit I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. I stayed there by myself and I felt safe. There are many restaurants within walking distance and even a grocery store which was great. The beach is walking distance which was nice. I had such a great time that Saint Maarten is an island worth visiting again.

Located in a area close to restaurants, stores and beaches. Easy parking. A lot of young medical students in the area...a young vibe. Kitchen was well equipped.....spiced were provided.

Home away from home

This property had all the amenities we needed during our week long stay. Property was clean and Tamara was very responsive to any questions we had. Property is close to the beach, several restaurants and two markets so we had all we needed nearby.

Highly recommend! So close to grocery stores, restaurants and much more. You have got to visit the spaghetti house!! I walked past it every day until the last night and decided to stop. I’m so mad with myself. Super good.

The place was being cleaned as we arrived. The cleaner was the partner of the owner and he was lovey. We originally booked through Expedia, and were bumped to VRBO so communication was complicated. I tried to extend our time here several months ago and received an email that said it was approved and to pay the owner upon arrival. We booked one night and tried to change to 3 nights. When we got here, they told us that “they were confused” by the request and they had rented it out to someone else. They did try to find us space close by but we decided in end to find our own accommodation closer to Simpson’s Bay and airport. There is not much to do around here. Great markets, several of them, and lots of “American” style restaurants and bars. It is a great place for the med students they accommodate here mainly. If you don’t have a car, you are dealing with taxis and can get expensive @$25 to airport area. The cleaner/partner did provide a drive to our new destination.
