"The property was beautiful and steps from the beach. Very comfortable and clean. Only 2 complaints I have is that they didn’t clean our room because we didn’t stay for 5 or more days. And one of the bartenders was a little rude. Other than that we had an amazing time and our room had an amazing view. I do recommend this hotel."

"We had a one-night stay, and with steep hills connecting the four buildings, guests depend entirely on staff for rides up and down — especially with a 5-month-old baby in tow. That system failed us badly. We were told we could message the lobby anytime we needed a ride. We messaged at 9:09am and waited nearly an hour with our baby — no one came, so we ended up walking down ourselves. "This room was AMAZING!!! The view every morning was exactly what I wanted. I will be coming back and booking again. I was impressed with the service and checkin. The pool is nice and relaxing the staff is friendly and helpful all the time. I have no complaints at all. As a solo traveler safety is important and I felt completely safe here. The beach access is right there and walkable."
