"Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!"

"Rooms were dirty, ceiling tiles were caving in over the kitchen, entrance doors were broke and anyone could enter. We were scheduled for 2 nights but after we came back to room after 7:00pm for 2nd night stay, the room was not cleaned. Breakfast bar had cereal but NO milk ... par for the course for this hotel."

"Room was ok, we couldn’t use the pull out bed couch because the sheet was absolutely stained. Bathtub was sticky and stained, bathroom had no ventilation, front desk person didn’t seem to care and was sleeping on the couch 99% of the time we saw him. Overall, I’m glad we were out doing things instead of being in the room."

"I will neverrr in my life will i ever stay at this hotel ever again in my life. I was displaced from my home due to my neighbor starting a fire and the manager thought it was cool to crack a rude joke “just don’t burn our hotel down” umm excuse me? Then at breakfast, i noticed other people had their dogs, no one said a word to them. I assumed oh, it must be a thing and it was okay. While we were in the lobby with my dog… the manager said something to us. I moved him but I thought it was funny...

"We had a wonderful stay at Candlewood Suites Grand Rapids. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, including a convenient kitchenette. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable beds, which made for a relaxing stay....

"When I first approached the hotel my first thought was it's an apartment complex. The exterior needs updated. The room was clean. The lobby is small, the reason they do not offer breakfast. Coffee is offered though. I didn't utilize the pool so I won't comment on that. Overall a decent place to stay for the price."

"I booked the motel and got a confirmation. I was going to be a late arrival after 11 pm. I got to the hotel and it was closed. There were large cardboard boxes everywhere and ladders all over the place and no cars. I had to find a hotel at almost midnight. I hope I don't get charged for my reservation at Country Inn."
