"I spent several days here with my 21 year old daughter. We enjoyed drinks and lunch by the pool and enjoyed the live music on the beach at night. The property is at a perfect location on the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. The trolley stops just steps from the parking lot. The room was less than wonderful though. "Terrible!!!!!!! No hot water and no help what so ever. Asked kindly for compensation for the inconvenience and nothing. Apparently it’s my problem. Not being able to take a shower and how they are cleaning linen and the kitchen with cold water doesn’t sound very sanitary to me. "

"I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. "The property at the Omni resort in Hilton head is beautiful and well maintained. We had a little hiccup upon check in with our room. But the hotel staff quickly intervened and found us a comparable alternative. I’d say the best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was lovely, accommodating, and genuinely interested in keeping the guests happy."
