You are just walking distance to beautiful Lake Loveland and iconic Benson Sculpture Park.
Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park is only a 40 minute drive up the stunning Big Thompson Canyon.
Head 5 miles east to I25 corridor for a jaunt north to Cheyenne or south to Denver.
In the summer go boating on Boyd Lake, Carter Lake or Horsetooth Reservoir, all within a 20 minute drive or less. Or walk to the swim beach on Lake Loveland.
Skiing is just over an hour away at Eldora Ski Area in Nederland. Take the Peak to Peak highway for a more scenic drive! Continue on to Blackhawk/Central City for some fun at the casinos!
Sheridan Haven allows you to enjoy a place to relax in comfort after a long day exploring. The back yard is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon sun and evening smores. Internet, local broadcasting and free Netflix available on the 50” smart tv. Lots of throw blankets and pillows to cozy up on the leather couches. Warm lighting for ambience creates the perfect space for winding down. Yoga mats and dvds provided for your daily rituals.

All beds have memory foam toppers, windows have blackout curtains, and bamboo rack in closet for luggage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create your culinary masterpieces. Many herbs and pantry staples are provided. Throw together a meal to cook while you explore the area with a large crockpot, blend your healthy smoothie or frozen margarita’s in the blender. Granite cookware makes for healthier non stick cooking with no toxic breakdown of cooking surface. Grill right off the kitchen on the patio on the Weber gas grill.
Seating for 6 at the bar top dining table is cozy and open to the livingroom.
Complimentary coffee and condiments for a single cup or full pot Keurig…we’re conscious of waste so a reusable Keurig filter is provided.
Great LG Washer and Dryer with laundry products available if needed.
A pack and play, highchair and toys are also available for those traveling with little ones. We love our poochies so we’re happy to provide a fully fenced yard and ergonomic dog feeder for Your poochies!

This VRBO is one the best that we have stayed. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the bath towels were large and luxurious. The kitchen was very well equipped. The washer and dryer were large. The back yard was big & well kept. Our dog loved the place. The hostess was the best we have ever had. Ronda was very helpful and accommodating with all of our requests. We recommend this VRBO with 5 stars.

My daughter and I stayed here so we would be close to a family reunion in Ft Collins. The house was perfect -comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything we might need. Nice cozy house to use as home base for exploring northern Colorado (Estes Park, Ft Collins, Loveland, RMNP) as well as Denver for the day. Very quiet neighborhood, central a/c, and three nice bedrooms. Sweet backyard with table and chairs for al fresco dining (AM and PM), big living room, and ample parking. Very nice washer & dryer as well, so you can pack light.Owner just a text away and responds very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time we have said at this property and it works so well for us. Ronda is such a good host, house has absolutely everything you need, location is great and she is so good about pets. We love traveling with our fur babies and she makes it so easy. We definitely will be coming back!

Second time staying at this property! Booked it for a second time for the comfortable home, peaceful fenced in yard for our dog, and spacious, well equipped kitchen. Communication with the owner was exceptional! Owner provides just about everything you could need for a relaxing stay.

Best VRBO stay yet

First, the house was exactly as advertised. Second, the bed in the primary was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept on. (The other two beds looked great but I did not lie on them.) The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, comfortable. Upon arrival there was a bowl with various snacks on the counter which we greatly appreciated after our long drive. There’s a large washer and dryer along with laundry soap plus, enough paper towels and toilet paper for our week long stay so we didn’t have to purchase any or call the host. The neighborhood is lovely. Seems quiet and safe. We walked our dog both day and night and had 0 problems. The backyard gets an A+! Pretty and well kept, large enough to throw a frisbee for my dog and keep it in the yard. Communication with the owner was easy and immediate. I come through Loveland often and will stay here again. My dog loved it too.

Great host and home

We wanted to stay near Fort Collins for Thanksgiving because we had a new granddaughter less than a week old. The house was a nice size and the owner was in great communications both phone calls and text. The house was well stocked and dog friendly. I would definitely stay with this owner again.

Last minute getaway

Everything about this place was wonderful! I always am anxious once I book a VRBO but every review was outstanding and true. Ronda was very attentive and had provided everything that one would need to relax and feel comfortable. This is such a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. I walked every morning with my dogs to Benson Sculpture Park. It was only a mile away and one the most beautiful sites. The private backyard was also plus. It was well taken care off- my dogs loved playing in it. It was also a plus to be able to park in the garage at this VRBO. The location really couldn’t have been more perfect for getting around. We went Estes Park and Fort Collin, along with exploring Loveland. We were lucky to find such a wonderful place and if we are in the area , we will for sure stay here again
